Booking info for LOCAL ACTS

Here are the booking guidelines and info you need to book at BulldogZ. We are a venue that does live shows and will be closed when we don't. It is our best way to achieve success. We are off to a great start and the crowds are great on Friday and Saturday nights. We do book National and local bands.

1. The bar has to make money or the night is a loss.

2. We want to help young and upcoming bands, HOWEVER it costs a lot to run the venue. The cover charges only pay the security, sound and help and the bar does poor when we do all ages only. We will attempt to have weeknight shows with you and also do some mixing up of lineups.

Here are the bottom lines and facts for you booking at BulldoGZ

At 7pm, 8pm and midnight bands are required to bring minimum amounts of people. 12 is the number. If under 12 people no pay will be given. If 12 come in we will pay 24 dollars and 2 dollars extra for each fan over that. If your band brings a young crowd and the bar is slow, I cannot pay the band during that time. It is just business and we want so badly to make this the best place in town for everyone.

Bands, If you get 9, 10, or 11PM slots we need you to bring in a minimum of 20 people each in order to get paid. We will pay 2 dollars each fan above those numbers. That is the same payscale used when you sell tickets for national acts. If a band brings over 50 people on a local night without National bands and they have a drinking crowd, a minimum bonus of 75 dollars will be paid above the 2 dollar per person. Kid bands or young acts with a small drinking crowd cannot be paid in most cases, but are still welcome to BulldogZ. We are going to start doing some weeknight shows for all of you soon and I encourage promoters to get involved. Just remember, that the venue cannot survive with out a drinking crowd and all or most of the cover has to go to the bar. I will use most of it to pay the bar staff for lack of liquor sales. This is what we had to do in order for the bar to go on and start making better profits.

Thank you!
